Our processed food business imports ingredients from around the world with a focus on nuts and dried fruits. These products are sold to major repackaging companies, confectioners and bakers, and distributors.
We have a broad array of business partners located in various areas around the world, with many in North America and others in East Asia, Southeast Asia, Europe, and Africa.
A Network Connecting Production Sites to Households
Our processed food business has a branch office in Paris and a local affiliate in California (ANA Trading USA), allowing us to purchase and ship items through the timely sharing of information.
In addition, we have had agency contracts for many years with Gower Direct Nut (walnuts) and Mariani Packing (prunes) in California. By directly providing these local companies with customer feedback, we make it possible to supply high-quality items that meet Japanese standards.

As a food trading company with strong ties to our production sites, we have implemented an investment project for walnut and prune farms in California called ANA Farm. Recently, emerging countries such as China and India have increased their purchasing power, thus jeopardizing the stable supply of ingredients to Japan. We aim to provide high-quality, safe products at a reasonable price, imported and sold through the reliable discernment of our staff.
